• Before shipping:  Each tumbler is removed from its box, individually inspected and returned to its packaging before shipping/drop-off. They sublimate well (see attached pic samples)
• Shipping:  Tumblers ship in their white box inside of appropriate shipping box for the quantity being purchased.
• Ships in its individual white box to protect tumbler from damage. (Box might not be reusable)
• Ships in 2-3 business days. Allow more time for delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout

Sublimation time and temperatures that work best for me:

• Full tape method: 350°F for 5-6 minutes (flip over halfway through) and ice/water bath after removing from convection oven.
• Silicone wrap method: 350°F for 6 minutes (flip over halfway through).
• Tumbler press method: 365°F for 30 seconds (turn halfway through).

Temperatures and times might vary depending on equipment. Research and experiment to find what works best for you. Always keep extras on hand in case you make a mistake
