Shipping Policy

Please make sure your shipping information is current/correct.

We don't ship to PO Boxes so providing one will delay your order going out, because we will have to wait for a verifiable physical (home...) address instead.

We don't offer shipping refunds. However, we will fix our shipping errors. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your item/s if we made a mistake (i.e. sent wrong color, size, item...)

We have no control over the delivery of your order once it is accepted by the carrier. If you have an issue with delivery time frame, loss of package, damage... please contact the delivery service with your tracking number... for assistance and file a dispute with them, if necessary. If this doesn't work for you let us know and we will contact the carrier to see what is going on. We can't guarantee a resolution, but will try to assist.

Product boxes are for the sole purpose of making sure your item arrives to you without damage. I can't guarantee boxes, packaging... will be reusable. I myself have had to purchase tumbler... boxes to replace the one's my items arrived in because they are usually damaged.
