Wooden Sublimation Blank Key Chains

Two sided white wood blank sublimation key chains made of quality MDF (medium density fiberboard). They have a clear protective film on both sides. Protective film must be removed from both sides of key chain before sublimation. Key chains are approximately 3mm thick. They sublimate great! Sample pics attached.

 Round key chain (5 pieces)

• Size: Approximately 1.97”
• Comes with 1 piece each PU leather tassel, 1” key ring, 0.6” (folded) plastic buckle, open jump ring (to attach tassel to key ring (optional to use))
• Recommended sublimation temperature and time: 356℉ / 180℃ for 30 seconds

Round key chain (4 pieces)

• Size: Approximately 1.97”
• Comes with 1 piece each PU leather tassel, 1” key ring, 0.6” (folded) and plastic buckle
• Recommended sublimation temperature and time: 356℉ / 180℃ for 30 seconds

Narrow Rectangle key chain (3 pieces)

• Size: Approximately 75" x 1.18" x 0.12" / 7cm x 3cm x 0.3cm
• Comes with 1 piece each 1” key ring, 0.6” (folded) plastic buckle
• Recommended Sublimation temperature and time: 356℉ - 392℉ / 180℃-200℃ for 70 seconds
• DOES NOT INCLUDE TASSEL

Heart shaped key chain (4 pieces)

• Size: Approximately 1.97”
• Comes with 1 piece each PU leather tassel, 1” key ring, 0.6” (folded) plastic buckle
• Recommended Sublimation temperature and time: 356℉ - 392℉ / 180℃-200℃ for 70 seconds
• DOES NOT INCLUDE OPEN JUMP RING (tassel to key chain attachment)

Square shaped key chain (4 pieces)

• Size: Approximately 1.97”
• Comes with 1 piece each PU leather tassel, 1” key ring, 0.6” (folded) plastic buckle
• Recommended Sublimation temperature and time: 356℉ - 392℉ / 180℃-200℃ for 70 seconds
• DOES NOT INCLUDE OPEN JUMP RING (tassel to key chain attachment)

Long square shaped key chain (4 pieces)

• Size: Approximately 2.36” 1.57”
• Comes with 1 piece each PU leather tassel, 1” key ring, 0.6” (folded) plastic buckle
• Recommended Sublimation temperature and time: 356℉ - 392℉ / 180℃-200℃ for 70 seconds
• DOES NOT INCLUDE OPEN JUMP RING (tassel to key chain attachment)

My and/or Manufactures Sublimation Instructions are just suggestions. Research and practice to find what works better for you/your equipment. Always keep extras on hand in case you make a mistake.

***356℉ / 180℃ for 30 seconds (each side) works best for me.***
